CC01 – Customer Care Agent
Salary: £ 11,000 – £ 14,000

We have a vacancy for a Customer Care Assistant responsible for front line customer service and technical support. This role is ideal for O and A level candidates who wish to gain experience in the customer service sector, whilst also learning about how a modern day Internet Service Provider operates.

AM01 – Account Manager
Salary: £ 14,000 – £16,000

We have a vacancy for an Account Manager responsible for ensuring our existing customers are well serviced and maintained. Your responsibilities will include being the initial point of contact for customers with billing and account enquiries, as well as keeping in touch with customers to ensure their needs are being satisfied

GD01 – Graphic Designer

We have a vacancy within our design team for a skilled and motivated graphic artist to work on a contract/part time basis. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of design techniques, be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready and Macromedia Fireworks, have knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XSL and other pertinent web technologies.

You will be responsible for the future development of websites within the Fido Group of Companies, as well as maintaining some customer web sites.

WD01 – Web Designer

We have a vacancy within our design team for a skilled web developer to work on a contract/part time basis. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of PHP4.x and PHP5.x, JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XSL and other pertinent web technologies.

You will be responsible for the future development of websites within the Fido Group of Companies, as well as maintaining some customer web sites.

SA01 – Systems Administrator
Salary: £ 25,000 – £30,000
Location: London Docklands

We have a vacancy in our UK offices for a Systems Administrator with responsibilities for the daily routine maintenance of our web and email hosting platform, installation of new servers and other routine tasks.

Responsibilities also include providing customer technical support and some consultancy support services

Candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems, and be able to write scripts in PHP, Perl and Shell. Knowledge of OS/X and Solaris would also be an advantage.

MA01 – Marketing Assistant
Salary: £ 16,500
Location: London Docklands

We have a vacancy in our London offices for a Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the future brand definitions of Fido.Net, Redmail.Com, FidoTelecom, FidoTalk and other key brands within the Fido Group.

You will have worked in a team previously and have at least 2 years experience of producing design briefs, press releases and working in the PR and marketing sector.

Candidates should send a brief pitch advertising themselves with their best skills, and showing previous examples of their work.
