Number Portability
Moving your telephone number to Fido couldn’t be easier. We now have arrangements in place which mean we can port numbers from nearly all UK suppliers including (but not limited to)
To move your number to Fido you need to complete a letter of authority (LoA) and return this to us along with a copy of your latest phone bill showing the number you wish to move to Fido along with your customer account number and billing address.
As easy as 1… 2… 3….
- Complete the LoA
- Send LoA and phone bill
- Pay porting fee(s)
- Number moves in 5-10 days
