Resolution

Installing some Microsoft .NET Framework updates on the Hardware Node may cause the .Net Optimization Service (mscorsvw.exe) to run inside a Container, consuming a considerable amount of CPU time and disk space. This behavior takes place only during the first start up attempts of containers after Microsoft .NET Framework updates installation.
