Problem:

How do I activate or suspend an account in Plesk?



Solution:

When you suspend an account, access to the Panel is blocked and the subscriptions are suspended meaning their websites, FTP and mail services will no longer be accessible to the internet users.

Firstly, click CUSTOMERS and, on the page displayed, click on the customer required.

Now click SUSPEND.

To re-activate a suspended account, click ACTIVATE.
