- To be eligible for Free Broadband, you must take line rental and a calls package from Fido.
- Talk Plans can be upgraded/downgraded at any time after the initial term however once an upgrade or change has been made you cannot make another change in that month.
- During the initial term you may upgrade your plan if necessary.
- Plan changes come into effect from the start of the next billing period
- Acceptable Use Policies apply.
- “Unlimited Data” is subject to fair usage policies
- Service is provided as “wires only”. A choice of routers are available for a small additional fee
- Installation costs and termination costs refer to BT provisioning and termination costs
