Constant Quality Monitoring
Just because this is a home broadband connection doesn’t mean we won’t still monitor your link the same way as we monitor our business customers. All of our equipment graphs line connections in real time, showing any drops or blips. These graphs can then be used to work with BT Openreach in order to identify any issues on the line, or problems with end user equipment – most of the time avoiding the need for an Openreach Engineer to visit.
