Switch your line or calls
- Choose the call plan and line rental package that suits best
- You can normally keep your current phone number – we’ll let you know when you order
- You don’t need to contact your current provider – we do this for you
- We let you choose the date you switch, or simply move asap
- Switching takes approximately 2 weeks

Please provide as much detail as possible to help our staff process your request promptly. If you are able to upload a copy of your current phone bill then this will also help us process your request more promptly.
If you do not have a recent bill to hand don’t worry.
