  1. We’ll help you keep your existing phone number
  2. We’ll deal with your current provider, so you don’t have to
  3. We’ll aim for a smooth changeover, so you’re not without your connection at any time

Switch your line or calls

  • Choose the call plan and line rental package that suits best
  • You can normally keep your current phone number – we’ll let you know when you order
  • You don’t need to contact your current provider – we do this for you
  • We let you choose the date you switch, or simply move asap
  • Switching takes approximately 2 weeks



Completing the form

Please provide as much detail as possible to help our staff process your request promptly.  If you are able to upload a copy of your current phone bill then this will also help us process your request more promptly.

If you do not have a recent bill to hand don’t worry.
